Types Of Partner
There are 4 main types of partnership with Pervade Software and any single partner may hold one or multiple partnership agreements. The 4 main types of partner are:-
- MSSP/MSP Partner - A Managed (Security) Service Provider partner holds special licenses that allow them to offer services based on a single centralized installation of the Pervade platform. MSSP/MSP partners must have "Administrators" who have attended Pervade Software training on staff and most will also have people who have completed the Pervade "Analyst" training.
- Reseller Partner - A value added reseller (VAR) partner is able to sell all Pervade Software products and in most cases will have their in-house technical team trained and able to install and configure the software. In order to perform installations a VAR must have "Administrators" who have attended Pervade Software training.
- Distributor Partner - Distribution partners help Pervade to support multiple MSSP/MSP and Reseller partners within a particular geographic region. Distribution partners leverage their knowledge of local markets and languages to add value to the Pervade supply chain. In addition to Commercial assistance Distribution partners are expected to maintain trained technical staff to help partners to provide solution architecture, installation and support services.
- Technology Partner - IT vendors have a partnership with Pervade for integration purposes or has an OEM agreement with Pervade to include Pervade software in their products. Technology partners have advanced access to Pervade SDK documentation. This allows a far closer integration with the Pervade solution and extreme customization of the User Interface.
