Pervade partnered with IASME to build, host and manage the assessment platform supporting the launch of Cyber Essentials in 2014. Our OpAudit technology enabled online certification assessments, helping turn a national cyber security scheme into a service organisations could access.

Pervade developed Police CyberAlarm using OpView and was awarded the national deployment and management contract in 2021. The service brought network threat monitoring and vulnerability scanning to organisations, helping them understand their exposure while contributing to the police picture of cyber threats.

Our technology has been used to create and run KIOIS, a police dark-web indexing system. Pervade's dark-web work includes OpIndex, developed to index Tor and I2P networks and used by UK police forces to support intelligence gathering.

Meet the people behind Pervade Software and the experience they bring to our technology, services and customers.
Jonathan is co-founder of Pervade Software and has recently stepped up from CTO to CEO, moving from handling the technical side of Pervade to managing all teams. Jonathan is a Police Cyber Volunteer for Northants Police and frequent event speaker on Cyber Security. Jonathan leads all research and development at Pervade and as such regularly attends and speaks at thought-leadership conferences on Cyber Security.
Ben joined Pervade in 2020 and has recently been appointed as CTO, historically in addition to development work, Ben has managed the administration of Pervade's 100+ Linux servers and cloud environments. Ben is leveraging his experience with all of Pervade's provides and infrastructure to now manage all technical teams and execute on our new vision. infrastructure to now manage all technical teams and execute on.
Andy leads user onboarding at Pervade, working with customers to establish distinct user groups and guide them through becoming users of the system. He also provides project management support, drawing on his experience managing critical national infrastructure projects. Since joining Pervade in 2021, Andy has combined his product knowledge and customer support experience to help customers organise their users and get started with Pervade's software.
Holly joined Pervade in 2023 as an Online Content Manager to facilitate the creation and updating of website and social media content as well as social media engagement. Online content is a new priority for Pervade and Holly represents a dedicated resource hoping to deliver on a newly created strategy. Prior to joining Pervade Holly worked for John Lewis.
Simon provides installation and consultancy services for Pervade Software, working with both public and private sector customers. Simon first started at Pervade Software in 2020 managing product support, building on more than a decade of support experience. Simon now helps Pervade customers to install and configure their system to achieve their needs.
Neil joined Pervade in 2024 as a Senior Support Engineer bringing with him over 20 years of experience in technical support. Following a distinguished career in the Royal Corps of Signals, Neil worked for technical giants Marconi and Ericsson in various roles helping their enterprise customers to make the most of their offerings. Jay joined Pervade in 2026 as a dedicated resource for software testing. He works closely with our development team to ensure our software products are as functional as we promise and as secure as possible. Before taking some time out of industry, he worked in shipping, dealing with the complex logistics and maritime software systems used across the sector. With that experience behind him, we're sure our products will be far less complicated for him to test!
Sahil started at Pervade in 2025 as a Cyber Security Apprentice after completing his A-Levels at Northampton School for Boys. He is now undertaking a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship in Cyber Security at De Montfort University, Leicester, combining academic study with hands-on industry experience. With a strong interest in technology, problem-solving, and digital security, Sahil is beginning his career in cyber security with energy and fresh ideas.
Finn started at Pervade in 2025 as a Junior Software Developer, after graduating with first class honours from Swansea University in Software Engineering. In his role, he will be contributing to a wide range of web development projects, working across the full stack and collaborating closely with the rest of the Pervade Development Team to design, build, and enhance our innovative software solutions, and enhance our innovative software solutions.
